Cliff Kirkmyer is the managing member of GC3 Consulting.
Cliff has over 40 years experience in the construction materials field.
Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Resources & Performance and served as interim Vice President/ General Manager East Region for Cemex Construction Materials. Prior to this position, Cliff held the position of President of Rinker Materials Aggregates East Group which consisted of 53 construction aggregate facilities in 6 states with a total volume of over 65m tons annually.
At both Cemex and Rinker, Cliff had full P&L responsibility for all operating aggregate sites as well as marketing, technical, environmental, transportation and distribution of products and services totaling over $700M in total revenue.
Added responsibilities included management of recycled aggregate ventures, joint venture relationships, development and execution of the company's off-shore and on-shore aggregate supply strategy, community relations, mine planning, engineering, procurement, and organization development.
